For years I have been striving to become oh-so-organized and vibrantly healthy. Two seemingly simple endeavors that have all but eluded me...until now. I am creating a source of accountability for myself in addition to sharing all of the incredible information about leading a more simple, fulfilling life and healthier living especially via diet and alternative therapies.
